Our Mission is to be the premier residential cleaning service in the Central Valley by providing quality service to each
customer with professionally trained employees.
The Cleaning Authority was founded in 1977. It was one of the first team-cleaning concepts in the Baltimore-Washington metro
area. The demand for this type of service, coupled with an outstanding reputation for quality caught on and soon The Cleaning
Authority became a national name in the cleaning industry.
The desire to free up time in his life and become part of a value added service industry, Curt Zimmerman decided to leave the
insurance industry to bring the Cleaning Authority concepts to the Central Valley. Since doing so the business has grown quickly
as people have recognized the value a cleaning service brings to their lives.
The Cleaning Authority is a community involved company. Owner/Operator Curt Zimmerman is involved in The Modesto Chamber of
Commerce, Business Network International, The Rotary Club and his children's sports teams. Curt's burning desire is to be a
coach baseball and help high school athletes pursue their education at the college level.
